Framer templates and code components by AtmosLeap. Version of 20 October 2026.
1. Who we are
These terms apply to the Framer website templates and Framer code components (together "products") offered by AtmosLeap Benjamin Zimmermann, Franckensteinstraße 10, 77749 Hohberg, Germany ("AtmosLeap", "we"). The products are listed on atmosleap.com/templates and on the Framer Marketplace.
2. Checkout and merchant of record
Paid purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) acting as merchant of record. Creem sells the product to you on our behalf, collects the payment, applies and remits any applicable taxes and issues the receipt. Creem's Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction. Prices are shown in US dollars on the checkout page before you pay. Components marked free do not require payment.
3. What you receive
A template is delivered as a Framer remix link. Opening the link while signed in to Framer creates a complete copy of the project in your Framer workspace, including the pages, CMS collections, code components and assets included in the purchased product.
A component is delivered as a Framer component URL. Pasting the URL onto the canvas of a Framer project adds the component with its property controls to that project.
Using the products requires a Framer account. Framer's own plans and terms apply to editing and publishing your site. We are not affiliated with Framer.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. After successful payment the product link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive the link within one hour, write to benjamin@atmosleap.com with your order number and we will resend it.
5. Licence
With your purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use the product for one end product, meaning one website or one project of yours or of one client of yours. You may modify the product freely for that end product.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away or redistribute the product or any substantial part of it, whether in original or modified form, as a template, component, theme, kit or similar. You may not publish the remix link or component URL. For each additional website or client, purchase a further licence.
The same single-use licence and redistribution restrictions apply to components marked free. Their public component URL provides access without payment; it does not grant a right to resell or redistribute the component. For another end product, obtain a separate licence through the product page.
Sample texts and media are demonstration content for the template. Any permitted reuse is limited to the end product built from that template and remains subject to any asset-specific third-party licence. Replace sample company details, logos and legal texts with content suitable for your own business before publishing.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, a right of withdrawal expires only when the applicable legal requirements are met: delivery has begun after your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation has been provided. The withdrawal information at checkout and Creem's Buyer Terms apply. Completing a purchase alone does not replace these requirements.
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily refund the full price if the remix link cannot be opened or remixed, or the component URL cannot be pasted into a Framer project, and we are unable to fix this within 7 days of your report. Requests go to benjamin@atmosleap.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method. The 14-day reporting period and 7-day repair period apply only to this voluntary offer; they do not limit statutory remedies for defective or undelivered products.
7. Support and updates
We answer questions about the product by email within 30 days of purchase, normally within two working days. Support covers the product as delivered. It does not include custom design or development work. Updates to a product, where we publish any, are made available through the same link at our discretion.
8. Warranty and liability
The products are provided as described on the product page and shown in the live preview. We do not warrant that they fit every purpose or work with every future version of Framer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence and, in cases of slight negligence, to the breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law remains unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of their habitual residence remain applicable. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
